Initial Contact
This usually happens as a telephone enquiry or by meeting us at a local Wedding Fayre, we then provide you with information of our service. If you wish to continue with your enquiry we then arrange a no obligation meeting at our studio, or venue of your choice, so we can run through your requirements and give you the opportunity to see our portfolio of work. This meeting is also to ensure that you feel comfortable with us being part of your big day.
Send Form and Deposit
If you wish to book JMW Imaging to photograph your Wedding day please contact us to check our availability, as we only commission 1 wedding per day. If we are free, we will ask you to complete a booking form and send a non- refundable deposit of £250.00, we will then reply to you with a confirmation letter and a receipt, this then secures your chosen date.
Meeting 4-5 Weeks Before Wedding
We like to meet to check your booking form and make amendments if required, we can also confirm which shots you wish to have on the day etc; the balance on your chosen option is also required at this time. Where possible, we would also like to attend the wedding rehearsal to establish the photography policy of the venue and to run through the order of events of the big day with you.
Album Meeting
Soon after you return from your Honeymoon we will contact you to arrange a meeting for you to view your proof photos and choose the final prints for your album. At the end of this meeting you will be given 2 sets of proofs for you to take away for viewing by family members and friends.
Collect Finished Album
We aim to allow 4-5 weeks for album and prints to arrive and for us to hand build your finished album, this time scale is subject to work load at the time and the type of album chosen.
