What areas do you cover?
We are based in Swindon, Wiltshire with the majority of our Wedding coverage in Wiltshire, Oxfordshireand Gloucestershire. We are happy to cover anywhere in theUK and to travel abroad if required to do so.
Do you have any dates left for 2012?
As one of the popular Wedding Photographers in Wiltshire we have a limited number of dates still available for 2012. Please contact us to see if your date is still free. We never play the “I’ve got someone wanting your date” game and operate on a first come first served basis, particularly as the most popular dates are taken very quickly.

Can I book you for my 2012 Wedding?
Yes, we recommend that once your wedding venue is booked and you have received your confirmation you should book all other services required for your wedding day as soon as possible to ensure you get your preferred supplier. Due to the high quality of the work we produce and our affordable prices, we do get bookings up to two years in advance.
Do you ever contract your work out to other photographers?
No never, you will meet John & Michelle at any meetings we may have and they will be your photographers for the day.
Can we come and see some of your work?
Yes, give us a call on 01793 336602 so that we can arrange a no obligation meeting at our studio, or venue of your choice, so we can run through your requirements and give you the opportunity to see our portfolio of work. We will also provide a written quotation specific to your requirements.
Do you provide a written contract?
Yes when you are 100% happy with our personalised quotation. We feel that a written contract is essential for all parties as it provides exact written obligations, agreed prices etc and gives you peace of mind knowing you have a written document.
Do you require a deposit?
To proceed with the booking, we require a completed and signed contract and a non- refundable retainer fee of £150.00 to secure our services for your wedding date. The retainer fee can be paid by bank transfer or cheque. We operate a first-come, first-served policy and we don’t hold dates without the form and fee. The remainder of the balance is due 28 days before the wedding date.
Can I buy a copyright CD/DVD of all the images?
JMW Imaging can sell you the non-commercial print rights to your wedding day. This grants you the full ability to print and use your photos for anything except commercial usage. This will also include a letter from JMW Imaging authorising the printing of these images by A.N. Other printer, however, our computers are calibrated to the print labs that we use so we cannot guarantee that images printed elsewhere will be the same.
Are you insured?
Yes, we fully insured; we have professional indemnity insurance along with public liability insurance – documentation can be viewed at our office.

In today’s busy market there many photographers who purport to be Wedding Photographers which makes choosing your Wedding Photographer a nightmare. We would like to suggest that you ask to see the photographers qualifications and insurance before making your choice.
Just for reference both John and Michelle are members of the Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers. John is a qualified photographer through the SWPP and Michelle is a qualified photographer with the Royal Photographic Society, the SWPP and the Society of Nature and Wildlife Photographers.
